Mr Rudolph DIOP - President

Dr Rudolph DIOP, is a  surgeon who has done  his residency in general surgery for 4 years in Dakar. He then trained in Maxillo-Facial Surgery at the Bordeaux University. He also trained in Head and Neck Oncology at  Gustave-Roussy in Paris.

At the present time, he is lecturer at the Cheickh Anta DIOP University. He focuses his surgical activities in head and neck surgery, cleft surgery, facial trauma and reconstructive surgery.

Mrs Anne-Aurore SANKALE - Vice-President

Dr Anne-Aurore SANKALE, is a surgeon who has done her residency in general surgery for 4 years in Dakar. She then trained in Plastic Surgery at the Marseille University. She is member of the French Society of Plastic Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery.

At the present time, she is lecturer at the Cheickh Anta DIOP University. She focuses her surgical activities in Aesthetic Surgery and breast surgery, cleft surgery, reconstructive surgery.

Mr Nicolas NDIAYE - Treasurer

Occupation :  Counselor in Law;

Qualification : Master In Business Law

Working Experience : Law Lecturer at the University of Paris Nanterre, Paris X Nanterre.  Manager of Human Resources and social affairs at the West African Economic Community in Burkina Faso. In charge of Laws issues at the West African Development Bank in Lomé Togo.  Counselor in Law at the ICS Holding.

Mr Françis GUEYE - Vice Treasurer

Occupation : Banker

Qualification : Master in Business Law, Diploma Of the Civil Servant School of Dakar, Specialization in banking and finances, various certificates in procurement, disbursements procedures, accounting and finance, English.

Working experience : Counselor at the Ministry of Public Health, in charge of all the laws issues; Counselor at the Ministry of Economy and Finances, in charge of the para statal sector; Auditor at USAID; Financial and Administrative Manager in Senegalese World bank financed project; African Development Bank, regional office in Dakar.

Mrs Saran KOUROUMA THIAM - General Secretary

Graduated from the National Secretary school (Dakar, Senegal).
Bilingual (French/English) with more than 20 year of professional experience.

Administration Manager and Secretary of the Board of Governors in a non-profit International organisation in Senegal.

Ambassador of Peace (Federation for World Peace, affiliated to the United Nations).

Mr Léopold DIOUF - Vice General Secretary
